Friendly Fire Incident -Normandy

Transferring the body of Captain Eric Troops, HMTS Monarch’s Skipper, from HMCS TRENTONIAN in Portsmouth on 13 June 1944. Capt. Canada’s Naval Memorial, HMCS SACKVILLE was moved alongside NB Jetty in HMC Dockyard, Halifax for the Commander Royal Canadian Navy Change-of-Command Ceremony on 12 June 2019.
