HMCS TRENTONIAN approaches the harbour entrance at Dover in the English Channel in 1944. From the Straits of Dover the crew of TRENTONIAN could see the British coast with the radar antenna and AA guns from one side of the ship and from the other side, the German occupied French coast with the large artillery guns ready to fire on any ship that ventured into the strait.
