RCN Piasecki HUP-3 Helicopter at the Shearwater Aviation Museum in CFB Shearwater, NS. The RCN operated three of these helicopters from 11 May 1954 to 28 February 1964. Primary service was from HMCS LABRADOR, supplying the DEW Line and some search and rescue work, based out of HMCS SHEARWATER on the East Coast and Patricia Bay on the West Coast.
