Normally on Lake Ontario when the Ontario Provincial Police Marine Unit approaches a vessel, it is to conduct a safety inspection and check for a Safe Boaters Licence. On 5 July 2016, these OPP Officers are providing close security to HMCS GOOSE BAY as she anchors outside of Cobourg Harbour.
