HMC Dockyard, Esquimalt is home to Canada’s West Coast Fleet and is buzzing with activity on 21 September 2019. In this photo are Kingston class MCDV’s EDMONTON and WHITHORSE, Victoria class submarines CHICOUTIMI and VICTORIA. On the far side of the jetty is Halifax class frigates, REGINA alongside and two others behind.
