Three Cheers were given by the RCN sailors to outgoing Vice-Admiral Ron Lloyd, Commander Royal Canadian Navy. The Command Teams from several RCN ships cheer from HMCS SACKVILLE during the Change-of-Command Ceremony on 12 June 2019 at HMC Dockyard in Halifax.
