NB Jetty in HMC Dockyard in Halifax is extremely pusser with ships dressed with ceremonial signal flags for the Commander Royal Canadian Navy Change-of-Command Ceremony on 12 June 2019. Ships alongside for the event are HMCS VILLE DE QUEBEC and HMCS KINGSTON are joined by HMCS SACKVILLE.
